In-Home | Full-Time | $21.50–$26.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)

Position Highlights

  • Setting : In-home therapy (Angier, NC area)
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Status : Full-time (employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)
  • Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Compensation : $21.50–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and certification
  • What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1 : 1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their home environment.
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans created by your supervising BCBA.
  • Collect and record accurate session data using digital tools.
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, supervisors, and teammates.
  • Foster a positive, encouraging environment to help each child reach their goals.
  • What You’ll Need

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • 1+ year of experience providing ABA therapy (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
  • Compassion, patience, and dedication to helping children thrive

    Requirements

    Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) Minimum of 1 year of ABA therapy experience (preferred) Ability to implement individualized treatment and behavior plans Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong data collection and documentation accuracy Compassion, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for helping children with autism Dependable, punctual, and professional in all interactions Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
