Job Description
Manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of services within the construction department.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and assist in sourcing appropriate service providers.
Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts in alignment with organizational goals and budgets.
Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the property industry.
Prepare regular reports on vendor performance and associated costs for management review.
Assist in resolving disputes or issues with vendors to maintain strong working relationships.
Support the implementation of process improvements for vendor management workflows.
