Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Principal Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing technical projects, providing critical coordination and ensuring seamless execution from inception to close-out. In this role, the individual will take ownership of document preparation and coordinate with various stakeholders, including Configuration Data Management (CDM), to support key technical review processes such as the Engineering Review Board (ERB), Technical Review Board (TRB), and Configuration Control Board (CCB). Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as technical aerospace projects, is essential. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in industry standards, have demonstrated experience with advanced project management tasks, and exhibit strong leadership skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Primary Level Salary Range : $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
