A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor while balancing HR operations with strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and build a strong talent pipeline
Own core HR processes and ensure compliance with employment standards in the U.S. and Canada
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth or creative agency environment
Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws; Canadian experience is a bonus
Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
Expertise in at least three HR disciplines such as employee relations, performance management, or learning & development
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels
