Position Highlights

  • Work-Life Balance : Flexible 3.5-4 day workweek with no running between office and OR. Fridays off post-call for rest and recovery.
  • Desirable Practice Setting : Join a thriving group with 4 MDs and 2 NPs in Cleveland, plus 1 MD and 1 NP in Athens. Structured schedule with dedicated OR and clinic days.
  • Favorable Call Schedule : Call every 5th night / weekend with an average of 2 deliveries per day.
  • Culture & Support : Collaborative, patient-focused team offering free prenatal classes and breastfeeding support groups.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Year 1 Guarantee : $350K with potential earnings up to $400K.

  • Degree : MD or DO
