Role : Responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining network infrastructure to support data, voice, video, and wireless services. Provides hands-on support for routers, switches, firewalls, VMWare NSX, and load balancers while optimizing network performance and security.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Network Design & Maintenance

Configure and manage LAN / WAN environments, VLANs, VPNs, and subnetting.

Configure and maintain firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet).

Manage Cisco Meraki wireless access points.

Provide technical support and incident response within SLA guidelines.

Provide technical support for Unified Cisco Call Manager (UCCM, UCaaS).

Requirements

Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering required; Bachelor's preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a fast paced and dynamic technical support environment or equivalent with a combination of education and experience.

Required : Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).

Expertise in routing, switching (L2 / L3), and network security.

Strong problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills.

Occasionally lift / move up to 50 lbs for hardware installations.

English : Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and external contacts. Ability to communicate and present information to all levels of management.

Gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments.

Language : English Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence and technical documentation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and / or finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Some lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling equipment is involved when handling service calls outside the department.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Full-time in office position requiring occasional on-call availability for critical server incidents.
