Job Summary

Drive operational excellence at one of the premier collegiate venues! As Assistant Director of Operations, you will oversee daily functions, support the Director of Operations, and ensure all events run smoothly. You will manage staffing, coordinate event logistics, and implement Levy standards to deliver seamless service and unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support Director of Operations in daily venue operations and long-term planning
  • Oversee event preparation, execution, and post-event evaluations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure service excellence
  • Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Partner with department leads to optimize resources and meet budget goals
  • Develop and mentor team members to foster growth and accountability

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
  • 5-7 years of management experience in hospitality, sports, or entertainment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures and compliance standards
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
