The Opportunity
Leverage our comprehensive training program to support our membership independently. Develop a proactive and independent support style with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities :
Facilitate member experiences by answering phone calls, emails, and requests.
Apply knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions.
Identify, evaluate, and understand member needs, providing complete and accurate advice and solutions.
Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Successfully acquire Property & Casualty license before hire date
Preferred Qualifications :
1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
US military experience or a military spouse / domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
