Be the Face of PostNet : Greet every guest with a smile and help them navigate our range of services—printing, shipping, mailbox rentals, and more.Make it Happen : Process orders, handle cash / credit transactions, and confidently suggest helpful services that make our customers' lives easier.Stay Sharp : Keep things running smoothly by organizing the workspace, restocking supplies, and managing shipping logistics with FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS.Learn & Lead : Train to offer fingerprinting services while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.Team Up : Collaborate with your coworkers, contribute ideas, and help us deliver top-notch service every day.Who We're Looking For
You've got a high school diploma or equivalent.You've worked in customer service or retail (preferred, but not required).You're an excellent communicator and a multitasking ninja.You're computer-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office & POS systems.You're detail-obsessed, organized, and physically able to lift 35-40 lbs.You can pass a background check (for fingerprinting certification).The Bottom Line
