Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) -  Rio Rancho, NM

13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,800 DOE

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking an experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative rehab setting while exploring one of the Southwest’s most scenic and vibrant areas.

Job Description :

Evaluate patients’ physical and mental abilities to develop appropriate therapy plans

Assist patients in regaining independence in daily living and work activities

Implement therapeutic techniques to improve fine motor skills, coordination, and cognitive function

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress

Document all patient interactions and progress accurately and timely

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care

Education & Certification Requirements :

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain before start)

Current BLS certification

Prior experience in clinical or travel OT preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
