  • ? What You'll Do :
  • Lead and manage complex structural restoration and rehabilitation projects across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee forensic engineering investigations, structural assessments, and the development of innovative repair solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
  • Contribute to business development and help shape the future direction of the restoration group.
  • ? What We're Looking For :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in structural restoration, rehabilitation, or forensic engineering.
  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong technical expertise in restoration methods, materials, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
