Role Description

We are seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented Production Team Member to join our production team. A successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packaging products according to company standards, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

Package a variety of baked goods (e.g., brownies, pastries, cookies) in accordance with company standards and food safety guidelines.

Handle baked goods with care to maintain product integrity and presentation.

Inspect items for quality, ensuring packaging meets safety and compliance standards.

Prepare and pack gift boxes according to specified guidelines and work orders.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work as part of a team to ensure efficient workflow and support other departments when necessary.

Maintain a positive, respectful, and clean work environment.

Meet daily production goals and targets.

Have access to reliable transportation.

Take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Work Hours, Compensation & Benefits

Part-time work schedule of  up to 30 hours per week, with shifts between 8am-5pm

Start date of November 25th

Production shifts end December 19th

Starting wage : $17.95 per hour (based on experience) plus tips.

Education and Experience

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
