Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Pacemaker Steel is looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual for our inside sales team in Utica, New York . We are a family business that cares about our employees.

This position would involve sales for our full line of metal and industrial products. The applicant will work in cooperation with outside sales and other members of the sales team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.

Summary of responsibilities :

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner.
• Accurate processing of customer transactions, such as orders, quotes, returns and stock availability.
• Monitor vendor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and provide technical information, as required.
