Successful candidates will have no less than 3 years and no more than 7 years of litigation experience in casualty and / or personal injury law. Associates enjoy a structured mentoring program, monthly, in-house training programs, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to work closely with partners who are willing and eager to provide new challenges. The position is full-time and onsite at the firms’ Orlando, Florida office.
In this position Associates :
- will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
- Will be conducting accident scene inspections with experts, drafting reports and analyzing liability, causation and damages.
- will conduct your own depositions, attend hearings and argue your own motions.
- will be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.
Qualifications :
Must have a Florida Bar license in good standingMust have 3-7 years litigation experience in casualty and / or personal injury law.Must have strong academic credentialsMust have the ability to handle files from inception to trialMust have experience with depositions, hearings, meditations and trial.Must have excellent research and writing abilitiesMust have exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic.Benefits :
