Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Meter Data Management (MDM) Engineer / Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of MDM systems for a leading utility client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Oracle Utilities MDM (OUMDM), Itron, or Siemens EnergyIP, along with a strong background in data management, validation rules, and integration with CIS / AMI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure, customize, and maintain MDM systems to manage and process smart meter data.

Design and implement VEE (Validation, Estimation, and Editing) rules for energy data accuracy.

Integrate MDM systems with AMI Head-End, CIS, OMS, and Billing applications.

Develop and maintain data exchange interfaces using web services, APIs, and integration middleware.

Perform data analysis, cleansing, and performance tuning in large-scale Oracle or SQL environments.

Support batch job monitoring, exception handling, and incident resolution in production environments.

Collaborate with utility business teams to define meter data validation, aggregation, and billing logic.

Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and support procedures.
