Job Title : Assembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing of ammunition for the military. In this role, you will be working on an automated assembly line, performing hand assembly of small parts. Your ability to rotate between stations and learn multiple departments will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) instructions to perform job responsibilities.
• Perform hand assembly of small piece parts on an automated assembly line.
• Utilize fixtures and / or automated equipment for assembly tasks.
• Rotate between stations to enhance efficiency and reduce repetition.
• Operate machines and assist in packing when necessary.

Work Environment

Work hours are structured into two shifts : 1st shift from 6am-4pm (Mon-Thur) and 2nd shift from 4pm-2am (Mon-Thur) with a $1.50 shift premium. Overtime is rare and typically occurs on Fridays. The facility is climate-controlled, offering a comfortable work environment.

This is a position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50 / hr.
