Key Responsibilities
Analyze and map current commercial processes related to hotel openings and transitions globally
Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and optimize commercial workflows for timely hotel launches
Develop and lead process improvement roadmaps with measurable objectives and stakeholder engagement plans
Required Qualifications
8-10 years in commercial operations, process improvement, or project management within a global hospitality or related service industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Strong exposure to or direct experience with hotel openings or transitions
Experience working in large, matrixed, global organizations with cross-functional accountability
