job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire replacements, and brake servicing. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct safety inspections and provide recommendations to customers. Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and offering advice on maintenance. Thoroughly communicate and work closely with all departments. Follow set processes and procedures.
