General Laborer

Millwright Laborer

Assist foreman and other crew members in building and assembling grain bins and other grain handling / treating structures.

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications.

Load and unload materials and tools.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.

Support skilled tradespeople and other team members as needed.

Perform demolition, site prep, and cleanup tasks.

Experience in millwright work, welding, construction labor and / or mechanical assembly is preferred.

Ability to use a tape measure and hand tools.

Willingness to work at heights and travel overnight.

No certifications required.

Work will primarily be conducted on construction sites, exposed to various weather conditions such as wind, rain, and sun. The team consists of 5-7 members, and accommodations include shared hotel rooms. The dress code requires steel-toe boots, work pants, a work shirt, a hard hat, and safety glasses. Expect to work 45-60 hours a week while on location.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Battle Lake, MN.
