Florida Licensed Automotive Service Advisor

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on orders from external partners via phone and email

Review and ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations

Analyze clients' needs, negotiate pricing, and make recommendations for maintenance and repair solutions

Required Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must live in the Orlando Metropolitan Area or surrounding FL counties

Six (6) months of customer service experience is required

Two (2) years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience is required
