Shift : 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Requirements :

75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Lab Completion : All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

Patient Diagnoses :

PCU and MS Tele, Surgical pre and post; ENT, general Surgery, Trauma surgery, Ortho surgery. Overflow medical diagnosis patients. Rare Pediatric patient, Travelers not assigned unless experienced.

Types of Patients on Unit : Mixed acuity unit PCU, MS Tele and MS pts

Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Unit / Facility Details : Ratios adjusted by acuity.
