Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Mclean VA . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry .

Core DA Skills

• Python – google slides / sheets and docs – she needs someone to be able to follow and execute the code and make modifications
• SQL - Snowflake
• AWS (S3)
• Databricks
• Tableau
• Some project management skills (set up meetings, create agenda, take notes, follow up, report status)
• Communication up to Sr Director level frequently

Location : Mclean VA (Hybrid)

Rate Range : $78-80 / houron W2 or c2c; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Duration : approved through July 2026

IV : 1 hour zoom interview

LOB : Credit review

Team structure – they are in cry-review –Current team is 10 DAs and they report up to internal customers (40+ customers – consider them as almost BAs for CapOne's clients). They provide credit risk info and performance monitoring dashboards to support internal customers. They need someone with strong Python experience, coding for data analysis and Dashboards (tableau). The role is 40% hands on work as a DA, 60% of the time is mentoring team members and managing the team members, quality checks and experience. She is looking for strong DA with some PM experience not the other way around. This person will still need to be very hands on with Data Analysis and mapping.
