Clinical Director (BCBA) – In-Home ABA Startup
Location : Georgia (Field-based, with travel to client homes in the following areas)
We are launching our ABA services in Georgia and are currently serving / expanding into :

We are a rapidly growing ABA startup committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate in-home care for children and families. As we expand across Georgia, we are seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to build the foundation of our clinical program. This is a unique opportunity to shape policies, treatment standards, and culture while leading the launch of our in-home ABA services.
Role Overview
The Clinical Director will initially join us on a part-time basis during the credentialing phase, helping develop policies, ensure compliance, and prepare our organization for launch. As we begin serving clients and growing, this role will transition into a full-time leadership position with a clear career path toward Regional Clinical Director.
This individual will serve as the clinical voice of the organization, guiding RBTs and BCBAs in the field while ensuring compliance, quality, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and compliance protocols for in-home ABA services in accordance with BACB, state, and insurance guidelines.Support the credentialing and contracting process with insurance providers by ensuring treatment and compliance documentation is in place.Create and maintain treatment plan frameworks to ensure consistency and quality of care.Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs delivering in-home therapy.Conduct home visits to observe sessions, ensure treatment fidelity, and provide direct oversight.Lead the design of training programs to prepare staff for high-quality in-home ABA services.Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth, expansion areas, and service design.Ensure compliance with ethical standards, payer requirements, and HIPAA.Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.Active BCBA certification in good standing.Must hold Georgia Behavior Analyst Licensure.Minimum 3+ years of ABA experienceStrong knowledge of treatment planning, compliance, and insurance requirements.Experience with in-home ABA services strongly preferred.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Passion for innovation and building a program from the ground up.What We Offer
