Medical Assistant

A company is looking for a Care Team Assistant to provide clinical and clerical support in a virtual healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing patient calls, performing triage and documenting information for providers

Ensure pre-visit preparations are completed, including obtaining necessary medical documents and contacting patients as needed

Assist care team in completing reports and referrals for vulnerable patient populations

Required Qualifications

High-school level education or equivalency

Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent experience, or at least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting

Spanish fluency preferred
