Advanced Heart Failure Opening in Ohio Located in Dayton, OH Seeking Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to provide comprehensive advanced heart failure care for cardiac patients to join our dynamic employed physician team. Board certification / eligibility required Treat patients with : Acute decompensated heart failure Cardiomyopathy Evaluate for mechanical cardiac support and cardiac transplant General cardiologyAlso provides the opportunity for approximately 25% of clinical time at The Christ Hospital, allowing the ability to care for and treat our highest acuity transplant and LVAD patients through collaboration with the team of AHF experts at The Christ Hospital.Cardiovascular Program performs all aspects of cardiac surgery (except LVAD and transplant) and general thoracic surgery. The program performs over 500 open-heart surgeries per year, 100 TAVRs, ECMO, and over 300 general thoracic cases. Cardiology services include open-heart surgery, structural heart procedures, cardiac and vascular stent placement, Watchman Device, and electrophysiology studies. There is a dedicated cardiovascular ICU, along with dedicated heart and vascular medical floors.
