Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive, school-based team in Beebe, Arkansas for the upcoming school year. About the Role
The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver direct therapy and classroom-based interventions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under SLP supervision
Implement treatment plans designed to improve speech and language outcomes
Document student progress and maintain detailed session notes
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support IEP goals
Assist with screenings and data collection to support student evaluations
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Arkansas SLPA License (or eligibility for licensure)
Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered learning environment
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $32 $38 per hour (based on experience and district assignment)
