Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee (AAOT) is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to become part of our team in Tallahassee, Florida. This group provides anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and several ASCs. Join a supportive, clinician-led group that encourages work-life balance and professional growth and development.

• Top Compensation in the State - Eligible for profit sharing after 18 months for significant compensation increase
• $100k Start Date Bonus + Relocation Bonus
• Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 32 Physicians and 93 Anesthetists
• Cases include General Surgery, Trauma, OB, Orthopedics, Hearts, Endo, Pediatrics, Neurology
• Physician must be cardiac proficient. TEE certification not required, but should be willing to do cardiac w / echo
• Physicians medically direct 99% of the time
• In house call 2-3x / month
• 10 weeks PTO + 5 sick days
• Benefit eligible on start date, no waiting period
• Generous CME and Florida licensure assistance
