Central Pennsylvania NP / PA Nephrology Job

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner
• Permanent job opening
• Work alongside a nephrologist and another nurse practitioner
• New grads are welcome to apply if they have specific interest in nephrology
• Outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
• Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 7a-5p
• You'd flex between the clinic, hospital, and dialysis centers
• One week a month would include on call coverage responsibilities
• See 7-10 patients per half day in the clinic
• Hospital volume varies - on average 7-10 per day (majority consults, not admissions)
• EMR : Medent
• 1 : 3 weekend call shared
• Must have post training experience
• Organization Information :
• Base Compensation : $115K annual salary, quarterly incentive can add additional $10K annually (based on collection totals)
• One of only two independent practices in the county
