Position Overview

At Limitless, our Patient Experience Managers are more than sales professionals—they are trusted guides, educators, and advocates for men's health. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional, personalized experience for every patient, from the first conversation to ongoing care. The ideal candidate is outgoing, charismatic, and personable, with a proven track record in sales and a genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals.

Core Responsibilities

Patient Engagement & Sales

• Provide an unmatched level of service that builds trust and long-term patient relationships.
• Become a true product and service expert, confidently explaining all treatments, benefits, and processes to patients in a way that inspires action.
• Meet face-to-face with new and existing patients to guide them through their treatment journey, including program details and financial discussions.
• Present treatment recommendations in a consultative, solution-focused manner that aligns with patient goals.
