Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for both design and data? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategic marketing, visual storytelling, and innovation? Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and elevate our marketing and creative services, translating insights into visually engaging campaigns and presentations that connect with our customers and support our business growth.

As a key contributor to our marketing team, you will blend design expertise with strategic marketing support to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Youll lead creative initiatives while collaborating with Sales, R&D, and customer teams to craft compelling content, campaigns, and experiences

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute design-driven marketing materials aligned with Bells global brand standards
• Lead the design of digital and print collateral, including brochures, social content, trade show graphics, trend tours, and more
• Translate market research, consumer insights, and internal strategy into visually impactful customer presentations
• Support marketing campaigns through branding, storytelling, and innovative design across all platforms
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive activity
• Partner with internal teams to deliver customer-specific tactics that support new product innovation
• Lead marketing data analysis and utilize tools to inform creative direction
• Manage external vendors for printing, production, and campaign execution
• Be the go-to expert for managing Bells digital asset management systems (e.g., BellHub)
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.
