Definition

This position is responsible to drive, transport, and escort clients living in our community corrections and drug and alcohol programs to community appointments such as court and medical appointments. Other responsibilities include transporting visitors to and from facilities, picking up and completing deliveries to all Renewal, Inc. facilities, completing deliveries in surrounding counties on an as-needed basis, and collecting and sending outgoing reentrant mail.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Ability to work independently and work well with all staff. Knowledge and skills as they relate to this position. This individual should be able to follow directions and learn independently. Excellent oral communication and some written communication required.

Education and / or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. Experience in a related field is preferred.
