Controls Engineer - Automation & System Integration

We're seeking a Controls Engineer to lead the design, programming, and deployment of industrial control systems across diverse environments. This role involves developing PLC and HMI applications, configuring communication networks, testing system functionality, and supporting commissioning and training efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Program and implement control systems using PLC and HMI platforms.

Configure industrial communication protocols and ensure reliable data exchange.

Conduct system testing and validation to meet performance and safety standards.

Produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and commissioning reports.

Support on-site commissioning, startup activities, and client training.

Integrate related equipment and ensure seamless operation across electromechanical systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in control systems and associated hardware.

Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes and standards.

Work effectively in varied industrial settings, including HVAC, energy systems, and manufacturing environments.

Operate independently with minimal supervision, defining project milestones and driving progress with a strategic engineering mindset.
