As a member of the Transition Pool, you'll benefit from a supportive and personalized onboarding process, starting with an 8-week orientation program designed to set you up for success. Here's how it works :

• Spend your first 5 weeks on a Medicine / Surgical unit, where you'll work closely with a consistent mentor to build your foundation.
• After that, dive into a couple specialized units, including Sills 3 (Acute Stroke / Rehab), and the Emergency Department.
• Attend a Medicine Orientation Skills Day to further enhance your knowledge and confidence.
