Experience :

Must have prior NICU / pediatrics experience.

One year of travel experience is required.

Critical care experience to work in a high-volume environment is essential.

Proficient experience required for all treatment modalities.

Epic experience is required.

License :

Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner.

Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Certifications : BLS

ACLS

NRP

PALS

Must-Have :

Candidates should be able to work with neonates, infants, and pediatrics.

Familiarity with all modes of mechanical ventilation, non-invasive ventilation, and nitric oxide delivery is essential.

Experience with various ventilators and respiratory equipment is required.

Description :

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a NICU / Pediatrics role.

Candidates should possess experience in critical care and be familiar with high-frequency jet ventilation, CPAP, and non-invasive ventilation.

The role involves working in a high-stress environment with neonates and pediatrics.

Experience with therapeutic interventions and the ability to interpret arterial blood gases is necessary.

Candidates must be adept at troubleshooting high-pressure alarms and should possess skills in trach care and management.

Work schedule may involve occasional weekends and holidays as required.

Availability for requested shifts is critical.

All candidates must adhere to vaccination requirements.
