Overview :

Singnala We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role is a pivotal part of our customer service operations, providing essential support to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, making it imperative that you possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and guide them through troubleshooting.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proven experience as a call center representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
