Overview
Gen II Fund Services, a leading tech-enabled Private Equity Fund Administrator, is seeking a Fund Accounting Managing Director to join our growing team. At Gen II, you will gain deep exposure to the full private equity fund lifecycle, including newly launched and first-to-market funds in sports, oil and gas, real estate, credit and more. You will lead and mentor teams supporting top-tier sponsors while driving process improvements, expanding your expertise, and contributing to the continued success of one of the industry's most respected platforms.
Your leadership will be critical in maintaining Gen II’s standard of technical excellence, client service, and operational integrity.

The salary range for this position is $180,000-$250,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
Work Arrangement
All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
