The Minecraft Social, Influencer & Innovation team is seeking a full-time Head of Affiliate Marketing to launch and lead Mojang Studios first-ever affiliate program. Based in Redmond, WA and part of the Mojang Studios Marketing team, this role will shape the strategy and execution of affiliate partnerships that grow revenue and strengthen brand impact. The Head of Affiliate Marketing will collaborate across teams, work directly with platforms and creators, and expand our grassroots initiatives to reach players worldwide. Were looking for a leader who can combine high-level vision with hands-on execution to build and scale a best-in-class program.
