Critical Access Hospital setting, opportunity to cross credential at additional affiliated critical access centers in area

Shift Times : 8a-8p, 8p-8a, 24 hrs daily coverage

APP Coverage- Single provider here, 12 hours daily APP support at other affiliated sites

11k annual volume, no trauma, 7 beds, 32 avg daily visits

EMR : EPIC

60-90 day credentialing timeline, 6+ month s long term need

BC or BE- Emergency Medicine or IM / FM w / ACLS, PALS, BLS

Active OH License or IMLC
