Position Summary :

The Drop Ship Major Accounts Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment and delivery of sales orders to the company's national retail accounts, with a focus on drop shipping operations. This role ensures compliance with customer requirements, accuracy in order processing, and the efficient movement of merchandise. The supervisor will coordinate logistics, monitor order tracking, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for major account shipments.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities : (Additional duties may be assigned)

• Oversee and manage the drop ship order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Analyze, review, coordinate, and track time-sensitive drop ship and bulk sales orders.
• Supervise the selection, preparation, and packing of merchandise for drop ship orders.
• Maintain compliance with major account shipping and routing requirements, including EDI compliance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely order updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and EDI platforms.
• Coordinate drop shipping logistics with third-party carriers and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor order tracking and resolve any shipment discrepancies or billing issues.
• Record and report shipments using EDI, web portals, back-office, and other solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records related to order fulfillment, shipping, and compliance.
• Supervise and support warehouse staff in processing and fulfilling drop ship and major account orders.
• Maintain department facilities, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to safety, etiquette, and employee relations.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

This position assists the Major Accounts Manager and provides leadership and guidance to the warehouse team involved in drop ship operations.

Equipment Used :

Computer, printer, telephone, photocopier, fax machine, scanner, calculator, various hand and power tools, and pallet jack.

Computer Software : Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, WMS, and NetSuite.

Safety Equipment : Safety shoes

Physical and Mental Requirements :

Salary : 19.00-20.00 / hr

Environmental Conditions :

Work is performed in a typical warehouse with exposure to temperature changes, noise, potential for physical injury.
