Legal Operations Specialist
This role supports the legal function by managing workflows and contracts across the organization. Responsibilities include drafting, revising, and negotiating a variety of agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, statements of work, and clinical trial contracts. The role serves as the primary point of contact for legal-related requests and requires a practical, service-oriented mindset to help the organization operate efficiently and responsibly.
Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and clinical trial agreements
Process Optimization : Implement and enhance legal operations tools and contract management systems
Regulatory Support : Assist in navigating SEC and other regulatory frameworks relevant to biotech operations
Corporate Governance : Maintain and organize corporate records
ERP Integration : Represent the legal function in purchase order and contract workflows
Diligence Support : Assist General Counsel and CFO with corporate diligence activities
Special Projects : Contribute to cross-functional initiatives as needed

Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Experience with life sciences, biotechnology industry is a plus.
Experience with clinical trial agreements is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00 / hr.
