Operations Manager

In this role, your responsibilities will be :

• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and indicators to evaluate efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to enhance skills, engagement, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost savings.
• Drive organizational initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range is $140,000k - $150,000k annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
