Your new role

As Project Manager, you’ll lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring compliance with AHCA regulations and healthcare-specific standards. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while coordinating with design teams and facility stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on healthcare projects .
• Proven experience navigating AHCA compliance and inspections.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
