Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Personal Injury and Litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, providing legal advice, and ensuring that all legal procedures are followed diligently. This role requires a commitment to advocating for clients' rights and achieving favorable outcomes in litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases and other litigation matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
• Attend court hearings and trials as necessary
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options
• Develop case strategies and build strong arguments for litigation
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff
