Producer, Customer Journeys This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours / week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

Overview Summary

We are seeking a Producer to manage the creative development and delivery of on- and off-platform campaign assets across multiple marketing lines of business. This role will oversee design projects, campaign workflows, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring projects are delivered with quality and efficiency.

Our Ideal Candidate 10+ years of experience in managing complex integrated projects or marketing campaigns (digital marketing campaigns preferred)

Passion for marketing and creative production with a strong foundation in campaign and content development

Proficient in digital asset production, content creation, and project management best practices

Familiar with KPIs, acquisition and retention strategies, and growth marketing environments

Skilled in collaborating with in-house design teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders

Able to work independently and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and environments

Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity

Job Description In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and campaign assets. You\'ll partner with creative, design, and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time. This includes managing workflows, facilitating leadership alignment, and resolving project escalations. You will also support cross-functional collaboration and help optimize production efficiency, contributing to the team\'s overall success.

Education and Experience Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Background in marketing, digital production, or creative project management within industries such as entertainment, subscription services, or media

Preferred : familiarity with digital ecosystems, platforms, and subscription-based products

Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (onsite presence as scheduled)

The pay for this W-2 position is $108.96 per hour

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and / or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
