We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic individual with a helpful, can-do attitude to join our team as a Dispatcher.
This role is dedicated to managing dispatch and routing operations while assisting drivers and performing fleet maintenance to ensure smooth delivery service.
Key Responsibilities
- Route 8 trucks and 2 service vans daily using DispatchTrack software.
- Manage and adjust schedules to accommodate special customer requests and events.
- Provide real-time support to drivers while they are on the road.
- Assist with fleet management, including vehicle coordination and efficiency improvements.
- Perform small deliveries or basic service calls as needed.
