Now hiring REEL Builders and / or REEL Breakdown for a Cable manufacturing company in Milton, FL.

We truly believe that our company is a rewarding career destination. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Reviews the production schedule & determines the REELS required to maintain production - Paints & Stencils any returned wood REELS that do NOT meet appearance requirements - Builds / Assembles any REELS that are NOT available from the return REEL inventory - Breakdown any REELS that do not meet specifications - use viable parts to build new REELS - Maintain a neat and orderly work area - Follow ALL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS - Complete appropriate paperwork to ensure accurate inventory - Ability to Lift over 50lbs and work in a "HOT" environment - MUST wear Steel Toe shoes / boots while working in the facility - Other duties as assigned (including, but not limited to- heavy-lifting and various types of manual labor).
EXPERIENCE :
Must have experience, and be comfortable with, working in physically "HOT" environments - This is a physically demanding position, you MUST be able to lift / move / transfer at least 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift - Previous REEL building and / or breakdown experience PREFERRED but NOT required.PAY :
Starts at $15 / hr. (Depends On level of Experience) SCHEDULE : Day Shift = 7 : 30am - 7 : 30pm Full-time (MUST be able to work OVER-TIME)EXPECT to work 40-60 hrs. a weekREQUIREMENTS : - Must pass a pre-employment background check. - Must be able to pass a drug test. - Must have Steel-toed boots. - Must have RELIABLE transportation to Milton FL.
