Facility Operations Supervisor Scope of Position : Responsible for overall management, administration, employee supervision, and manufacturing operations on the production floor. Ensures responsiveness to customer specifications, maintains quality control, enforces safety guidelines, and ensures compliance with policies and operating parameters. Oversees one or multiple product lines or areas.

Facility Operations Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee production processes and execute plans to increase productivity while maintaining quality, efficient use of materials, machines, and human resources.
• Evaluate operating results to ensure shipments are timely and consistent with customer specifications, quality guidelines, and production schedules.
• Supervise production staff and ensure daily operations are efficient regarding costs, methods, quality, and safety.
• Assist with computer reporting of order write-ups and develop streamlined electronic methods of production recordkeeping.
• Interface with management to access, purchase, and / or repair production equipment.
• Coordinate and schedule work to maintain production timelines.
• Provide training for proper equipment use.
• Evaluate and discipline employees as necessary.
• Explain and enforce policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Perform other similar or related duties as required.
