Patient Population : Post Cardiology Interventional, Post Vascular Surgical / Interventional, Advanced heart Failure. True Cardiac ICU- CRRT, Impella, Swan, AIBP, etc. This unit operates as a Cardiac Universal Bed (CUB) in that they have Cardiac ICU and Cardiac Telemetry patients. All nurses on the unit must be comfortable caring for both. Required Experience : Candidates MUST have minimum of 1-year recent, full time ICU RN experience. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. What You'll Do
• You, as an RN, will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.
• Building relationships, managing discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.
• Creating care plans reflecting values aids in resolving issues.
• You will help educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices. Assess and document learning needs regularly.

• Grad of an Accredited Program
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• A current and valid nursing license.
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
• Candidates MUST have minimum of 1-year recent, full time ICU, PCU, or Telemetry RN experience. Cardiac ICU and / or Cardiovascular ICU / CVICU specific RN experience preferred.
