Pay Here at TetrisPro Movers, we value your time, so you will be  paid for drive time .

We offer this to our employees, unlike most of our competitors.

Tips range between $640-$1,280 per month($4-$8 per hour).

Lead Drivers  Start at $19 per hour, and the pay goes up to $21 per hour.

With tips, you should be expecting to make  $23 to $29 per hour. $26 per hour on average.

Lead Movers  Start at $17 per hour, and the pay goes up to $19 per hour.

With tips, you should be expecting to make  $21 to $27 per hour. $24 per hour on average.

If we see you show an exceptional level of skill, and make happy customers consistently (which is the case majority of the time), you may advance to your top pay quicker.

If you're hired with experience, you may skip training and advance beyond your top pay in your first week depending on your level of experience Drivers will be paid $17 per hour, and Movers will be paid $15 per hour during training, which could last anywhere from 1 week to 2 months depending on your level of experience, ability to quickly learn how to work fast and efficient, make happy customers, learn proper lifting techniques, and how to stack furniture like Tetris!

After training, in the event you’re deemed unfit for the position, you will be given a non-lead position, and your pay will stay at the starting pay; $19 per hour for drivers and $17 per hour for movers.

Driver specific requirements :

• Must be 21 years or older Must have no speeding tickets or accidents reported on your driving record in the past 3 years If you have no experience driving a Non-CDL box truck, no worries you'll be trained on how to.
• Experience appreciated but not required Job Description The average workday usually consists of one house move, or one or two small apartment moves.
• You will be packing, wrapping, loading, and unloading customer’s household belongings, such as furniture items and boxes in and out of a 26ft box truck.
• You will also be disassembling and reassembling furniture as well.
• This is a physically demanding job; your first week will be the hardest depending on your fitness level.
• But after that, you’ll be able to move furniture in your sleep!
