Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and verify customer orders within multiple internal systems
Collaborate with internal customer service teams to confirm order details and address discrepancies
Communicate with customers to clarify order information and resolve issues
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in order entry, data processing, or customer service
Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk is preferred
Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously and learn new software quickly
Dependable and professional, comfortable collaborating in a team-oriented environment
